Delete your Cherlume account
You can permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time.
Request deletion outside the app
Email us from the address linked to your Cherlume account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and include the account email. Do not send photos, passwords, or payment details.

When you can sign in, open Profile, then Settings, and choose Delete account. This is the fastest way to permanently erase your account.
What is deleted
We delete your profile, authentication account, uploaded media, saved generations, credits, locally stored purchase records, consent records, device tokens, and content reports. Storage deletion is started after the request is confirmed.
We may retain limited information only where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security obligations. Cancelling a store subscription is separate from deleting your Cherlume account.
