Getting started

Download Cherlume on iOS or Android, create an account, and pick a World (Love & Family, Pets & Mixes, or Memories & Legacy).

Choose an Experience, upload photos with permission, and spend credits from your wallet to generate a result you can save or share.

How credits work

Cherlume uses one credit wallet across Worlds and Experiences. Each generation or export may cost credits depending on the Experience.

Purchase credits or subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. Pricing is shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

Restore purchases

If you reinstall Cherlume or switch devices, open the app paywall or account area and tap Restore Purchases (wording may vary by platform).

Restores use your Apple ID or Google Play account. If entitlements do not appear, contact support with your store receipt.

Uploading photos

  • Use clear, well-lit photos where faces or subjects are visible.
  • Upload only images you own or have permission to use.
  • For Future Baby and couple Experiences, both people should have consented to the upload.

Future Baby questions

Future Baby creates an artistic AI visualization from two photos. It is not a genetic, medical, or factual prediction.

Results vary with photo quality, pose, and AI behavior. Cherlume labels AI-generated results for honest sharing.

Privacy and deletion

Your uploads are processed to provide the Experience you request. We do not sell your photos.

To request account or data deletion, email support with the address tied to your account.
